This person is a true Oppo, they’re also selling a nice Legacy GT wagon.

I have always loved the Legacy GT wagon...

The van they have listed is almost too bitchin’ for words.

I think I need this

About 75% of what’s on Barn Finds doesn’t interest me much, but the other 25% is gold. They do a pretty good job of coming up with gems like that van.

OK, but you’ve effectively cut it from an 8 seater to a 7 seater.

Reading your post I was like:
nice
nice
nice
OOOOHHHHHHAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH

So you’re saying it should have been a 3 on the tree?

Yes

Please, buy this so I don’t have to. The only problem is the slant six. I’ve dealt with this gutless piece of shit and have no interest in doing so again, even 30 years later.

My sister had an olds vista cruiser of that vintage. It was a rolling couch.

NP!
If this was closer to me I’d be on my way to get it already!

Your wife/GF/so doesn’t like your hand between their legs?
![]() 06/14/2019 at 07:46 |

They make parts to fix that:

Agree - the fact that it can’t pass inspection might be why it’s a NP - the nits he points out aren’t that big a deal, but irrelevant to you and me. T hough I would get the wiring issues fixed.
And install the 3.73- that’s a nice bonus for $3k.

No inspections in WI, so it doesn’t bother me one bit.
Finding one of these in decent shape will easily cost me over $3k around here, so a decent one that’s got a manual is an extremely good deal!

Exactly - no inspections here, either.
So I could take my time fixing the electrical ( no deal breakers there).

We still randomly carried 6 people in my 95 Acclaim after I converted it to a manual. I just used 1-3-5 when driving with someone in the middle seat, unless it was my wife, then my hand occasionally slipped trying to grab 2nd.....

Oh man, 3 hours from me....
The missus loves wagons, and driving stick. I need to get rid of our 200

Dooooooo it!
For science!
I think that’s a NP, especially if you live somewhere that doesn’t require inspection.

Pretty sure Ohio does...

When I lived there it did not - I regularly drove a 1964 Oldsmobile 88 with no seat belts, no outside mirrors and sketchy brakes. But that was 1990...
